Defense heritage: strategies for disposal and use. The case of the "La Marmora" Barracks in Via Asti, Turin

The debate on the enhancement and management of real estate emphasizes the State Property (45397 of which 13% historical heritage): it's brittle assets with risk of loss of identity. The case of the La Marmora Barracks is emblematic: an interdisciplinary research has tested the method of the valuation cycle.
